Besides his technical ability, he has vast experience in marine/oil filed operation, human resources and shipping operation management. He has put 30 years in the marine industry. He obtained various education qualification which include National Diploma in Marine Engineering,1st certificate of Competency, Diploma in Quality Management India, NISP Member and other basic Marine Mandatory.

Eigobhor Benedict at different times during the period under reference, served in various capacities in the Maritime industry as Chief Engineer with West Coast Shipping, Scott Shipping, Savannah Shipping, Idyy Shipping, as Marine Superintendent with Usang Shipping Limited, General Manager with Cetee Shipping and Technical Director till date with KT OFFSHORES

His knowledge and experience over the years has enormously reflected in his professional approach in identifying, troubleshooting and solving problems of a wide range of engine types. Of course, he has acquired much education and training from marine institutes, seminars, workshops, and acquired various certifications. Coupled with this, he exhibits a proficient sense of management of offshore operational activities; hence he delivers optimum results in ship management with high quality assurance control.

He is a shareholder in the business and a member of the Board of Director.

With more than 20 years in legal practice and maritime administration at various levels, he has learnt much about the potentials stored up in human resources and administration. He has managed this resource over a period and mastered the art of motivating people to work relentlessly for a worthy cause.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association with a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Ife, Nigeria with LLB Honours and B.L. He is the Director of Administration as well as a Shareholder in the company. He has very vast and indebt knowledge of Company Laws, Administration and Contracts. He is also an expert in recruitment of crew and staff. He is trained by the Institute of Professional Recruitment Consultants (IPRC), and he is a member, Professional Recruitment Consultants of Nigeria (MPRC) since 2014. Christopher Ntaji hails from UkamushaIshibori in Ogoja Local Government Area, Cross River State.

He graduated as an accountant from the Polytechnic, Calabar(now Cross River State University of Technology, CRUTEC) in 1994.

He started working as an account Office with GAMBO OIL Limited in 1996 and was promoted to ESTATE ACCOUNTANT in 1997, when the Cross River State government took over the management of the Estate, he became the Senior Internal Auditor. He held this position till 2000 when he resigned the appointment and went into private business.

In 2003, he joined STEMCO Limited as the Accountant, Quarry Site, Akamkpa Local Government Area, Cross River State till 2007 where he resigned and joined Edwards Maritime Group Limited in 2008 as an Accountant of one of its subsidiaries. This position he held until he was invited to head the Accounts Department of Nkrah Investment Limited. In 2013 he left and joined KT OFFSHORE LIMITED as the Chief Accountant.

Fidelis Ezenwoke Onyenweaku (MNIS) is a technocrat in the Marine industry with over 20 years expirience in shipping management. Holds post graduate Diploma in Shipping Management and Logistics, Member Nigeria Institute of Shipping, with many professional qualifications in the Maritime Career.

Babatunde David Liasu holds a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from University of Lagos, Mini-MBA from Tekedia Institute Boston, USA and MBA from Quantic School of Business Washington DC, USA. He has over 18 years of work experience that transvers oil and gas, marine logistics, Agro-processing and haulage business. He is an expert is strategic planning, product and service development and innovation. In 2005, he joined Napodi Limited as Project Engineer where he was responsible for managing company's engineers and delivering on the engineering contracts awarded to the company. He worked as the Project Engineer on a couple of Nigerian Navy Ships on behalf of the company. He supervised repairs of bow-thruster on NNS Aradu, replacement and repair of the cooling system of NNS Kenwa in Port- Harcourt among other engineering jobs. He later rose to the position of Project Manager where he was responsible for project quality and timely delivery of all contracts that came to the company.

He joined Ibro Marines Limited in 2010 as the operations manager where he was responsible petroleum products depot operations and customer relations; he was promoted to General Manager Operations and Sales, where his scope of work was extended to cargo delivery from outside the country to the tank farms in Nigeria, developing voyage instruction, regulatory compliance with DPR and PPPRA. He liased on behalf of the company with Nigerian Customs, NPA, NIMASA and other government agencies involved in importation of petroleum products.

In 2014, he joined Avota Global Energies Services Limited as the Chief Operating Manager (COO), his responsibility was to oversee the entire business operations of the company in oil and gas, renewable energy, logistics and engineering & construction businesses. He was responsible for the operational profitability of those businesses and he reported to the CEO/Executive Chairman of the company. Within the 4 years of work in Avota, Tunde increased annual revenue from ₦67 Million to ₦2.43 Billion. He is an excellent manager of people, and his leadership and strategic planning skills have helped him in achieving corporate goals.

Started career as industrial Safety Officer in Oil & Gas / Marine Sector. He has over 15 years experience offshore water borne operations, Oil field maintenance engineering , project management ,strategic marketing and business development. He hold bachelor of arts degree from Obafemi Awolowo university, Ile – Ife and also an NISP Membership . he combine the functions of project management , vessel management / administration, and business development, he is a business initiator. he is vast in marketing concept that has brought to bear in any organization he worked.

He made a tremendous impact as business development manager, with oversight function in the corporate operation & strategic management, technical services contract in oil & gas in specific area of oil field maintenance coating. He is very familiar with conflict resolution and host community management.

He worked as industrial safety officer at power trim limited (oil field maintenance engineering) , where he was deployed on various sites location in brass terminal, Agip offshore locations, Mobil offshore locations . safety officer, marine officer , HSE Manager to business development manager at international corrosion control limited ( oil field maintenance engineering ) where he was deployed to various projects in Mobil offshore, Texaco overseas offshore, Agip offshore and other swamp operations. Marine operations manager at west coast shipping limited (vessel owners/operators) , marine officer to business development manager at Nkrah marine limited ( vessel owners /operators) , business development manager at kT Offshore Limited ( Ship Managers), Business Development Manager at Kision – Heights Marine ( Vessel Technical Managers.
